problem charging zen

i just spent 30 pound to charge gold via text using the zong option. I have used zong before and it works nearly instantly.
my page closed halfway through the transaction but it took the money off of my phone and never gave me my gold, it had already said transaction succesful.
is there anything i can do to receive my 4102 gold?b:sad

    Is it mentioned in your purchase history?

    If it is, then you need to wait for it to be processed. If not, then send a ticket with as much information as possible.

    You can send one here.

    Send it under the category ''Billing Support'' and explain your case there. Like I posted before, provide as much information as you can (else they'll just ask for it later and you'll have to send yet another ticket) such as transaction ID's and the date, and they'll probably respond quite fast (people always complain about them being slow to reply to tickets, but this is usually not the case when it comes to billing issues).

    I have had the same problem,made the purchase,in my zong account i can see the purchase,and the money are charged,but,i can not even see the purchase was made on my pwi account,nor any zhen ammount charged.....
