User Does Not Exist

Every time I try to switch characters on my account I get logged out with the message "User Does not Exist" and have to completely log in again. It gets annoying not just because its a pain to log in but it also resets the hyper uses and resets safety lock. Used to happen every once in awhile but now seems to happen every time I try to switch.. Others I talk to are having same issue. Please PWI can you look into this and see if there is a fix ?

    going to the character selection screen will reset your hyper activations if you are logged in at hyper-reset

    ^^^^ Well no **** that happens when you relog. She's obviously talking about the error she gets when she tries to switch characters.

    Edit: I get the same thing, but doesn't bother me TOO much.

    I've noticed that when it happens to me, that the (Ping Rate) is usually totally in the dumps, so it dumps me whenever I'm trying to swap through my chari's..........


    Its pretty much just one of the many (Periodic Nuisances) that we all end up having to get used to as time go's by........b:worried

    It happens to everyone sometimes, I believe it's caused by lag becuase if i have more than a 500 ping when I try and switch toons I get it, less then that I don't think I've ever gotten it, but of course I don;t always get it when I have lag either.

    Want to solve alot of my problems? On your computer Click - Start - now click - Run - now type - cmd - now type - format c: - If you are using Windows Vista or 7 please be sure you run as administrator.

    It happens. It's not really an issue. Just ignore it and log back in.

    Happened to me too

    Good thing it only randomly happens every 1-2 weeks so its no big deal.

    It happens to me too sometime. Its worst when it resets safety lock when you're switching to do something. lol

    Yesterday it happen to me sooooo many times. that it made mad. It never happened so many times before, but yesterday was crazy. Pin 3000, dc every couple minutes.b:angry
