    So far I have used the skill twice....

    Once to test it. Again to make sure I was right about my conclusion. I was.

    How does this new use work?

    Use before entering TW so you get the buff.

    Enter TW.

    Within the next 10s you will gain 1 spark.

    If Sword Cyclone gives the 'explosion' buff that recovers chi over time then I should think so.

    No, it doesn't. Only a buff shows up that says "Sword Cyclone"...hmm, I'll try it out and let you know.
