Serious issue and Tech support is ignoring me 100%.

Hello everybody who care...

Let me tell you the story from the start to the end and please tell me what should I do.

My issue is getting banned for no reason, from what I know, anytime you get banned the system report you with a message considering the banned issue I mean why you got banned, at 1st I got banned at the date of "02/21/2012 03:40 PM" without receiving any message about it so I sent a message to "customerservice@perfectworld.com" considering this issue and kept waiting then finally they answered me at "02/22/2012 06:31 PM" saying that they banned me for my safety, okay....
I don't mind, thanks give me my account back, keep at your mind that during those banned days there were a 2x Drops, so they wasted me almost 2 day of farming, okay no problem, eventually I got my account back finally at "02/23/2012 04:58 PM" and thanks to the staff.

Then at the day of "03/07" I got banned again "Same as before I didn't receive any message considering it".....
So I sent a ticket to "customerservice@perfectworld.com" same as before regarding this issue and the exact time for this ticket were "03/07/2012 02:40 PM" and according to what the Tech staff said and to be exact that saying is said by (Tech Support: darthpanda16) "The usually turn around time is same day to 2 days or less" anyway, I didn't get any kind of answer, so I sent them something like a nudge to remind them of my ticket at "03/09/2012 05:05 AM" and didn't get any kind of reply then sent another nudge at "03/10/2012 01:29 AM" and still no answer, then again at "03/11/2012 01:43 AM" and until now, nobody said anything, keep in mind that I got banned for no reason....

Please, tell me if you were at my place what will you do? getting banned for no reason and not receiving any message about it and other than that you receive the golden medal for IGNORE.....

Hopefully that post give me a solution anyway any how....

    7th day and I didn't receive any kind of answer, neither at forum or from ticket support team....

    What did I get banned for?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Nobody even told me that....

    Is it system failure? or it's something personal???

    Who knows? Jeez, I said something on forums a long *** time ago about character customization problems and never got a reply, either.. Unfortunate for your ban, though. I'm sorry, wish I knew something. Figured you needed at least some kind of reply. :\

    Thank you very much for what you posted, it really makes me feel kinda good.
    Hopefully some of those who know a solution say something any day soon

    I'm in the same situation with my other account, no replies to emails or tickets and it's been a week...

    Their average response time is 5-7 working days, which is typically about a week and a half. And that's just how long it takes them to give you some stupid copy/paste coined response that isn't helpful at all.
    Real help is typically closer to a month, or never. I started talking to them about the issue with the drop-down menus back in July or August last year, and they've only recently decided that it's a problem that needs to be addressed.

    1) for a future reference they don't look too kindly on posting from an alt account to dodge a ban, this thread will be closed because of that. u may also not talk about bans of any kind here.

    2)sending in multiple tickets bumps urs to the bottom of the list wich will will take longer to get replyed to

    3)i know it sucks to wait but unfortunately all u can do is send in a ticket and wait for them to repy.
