If you don't even know what it is, you really shouldn't be buying it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Idk if people have gotten that lazy on the journey in an MMO, but at lvl 70, it's an instance you can do in a group on your level. It's fun and challenging. It's north of Thousand Streams city, next to Snowy Village.0 -
Thanks for the information! I am glad not all players are cocky jerks.b:pleased0

You can go to this website : http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/New_Frostcovered_City_Guide to read more about it.
In my opinion at your level I would focus on bhs and quests. You can start to form successful FC squads the old fashioned way after level 80+. It's a good idea to learn the instance earlier on so ask a fact mate to invite you on an FC run sometimes.
If you do decide to buy FC, look out for anyone selling it in WC. Granted it will be 400-200k each round and it will add up; You will need EXP stones for the last room (head room).
You will be much better off questing for now and getting your gear in check.
I power leveled with FC from 87-89 and by now there is always a squad around.
Good luck (:[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Uhm, no you don't. I have heard some rumours that you can actually do the last room without stones b:shocked
Other than that, I kinda agree with you.*-*-*When I wears my flashing sword and my hand takes hold on judgment. I will take vengeance upon mine enemies and I will repay those who hate me. Oh lord, raise me to thy right hand and count me among thy saints.*-*-*0 -
To the OP:
At your level, questing and doing your BH's will start to teach you about your char and other chars (providing your not getting a high level to solo everything for you). What everyone is saying is this - if that is your main char, keep doing things at your level, dont do FC just yet, and learn to play well.
When you hit 80, BH69 is a hard instance to get done because tanks are hard to find, and around this level people often start doing FC, just because they get sick of not getting their BH done. (BH69 is also a good instance to learn things about your char and others because it has some pain in the *** mobs....)
If you really want to level fast it works like this.
Frostcovered Ground is an instance no difference to BH's except there is high experience in there per kill while you run through and right at the end you spawn the 'heads' which only appear for 2 secs, in which you have to kill them, and they give a lot of experience.
In FC, people use hypers to take advantage of this extra experience. If you learn about it, you can use your hypers while running through the instance to get experience along the way, but doing this incorrectly is a waste of your hypers, so often people just hyper the 'experience room'
Because it is so popular, high levels clear the instance and advertise to sell the room, either selling the whole room or heads, so watch the prices. If you agree to their price, they will squad you, you meet them in the xp room and pay up. When the squad is full they leave so that their high level doesnt nurf the xp gain, and you and the other squadders then finish the xp room - hypering to get huge xp.
I'm not 100% sure, but at level 70, hypering a full xp room (which might take 10-20mins) would prolly give you 20% of your level towards 71. Obviously this huge boost of xp is why its so popular compared to doing quests which take much longer, and reward you with much less.
Lets say then, you buy xp room until you are 100. Well at 100 you will need to gear and skill up or you will be a real weakling, and that will cost millions of coins......0 -
