Let's say I have a BM with this built and gear: http://pwcalc.com/94a25b8b7aca7f34
If I use wind shield (+10% attack speed), is that BM going to reach 3.33 APS?

  2.86 not 3.33
  cuz the way aps % works is weird. it rounds off the number
  so if ur 2.5 base, with wind shield, u can go to 2.86 if ur 2.86 u can go 3.33 n so on.
