alright so maelael told me to right a guide so i did

Scenario one: You just won the 300 million dollar lottery and need something to spend it on
Scenario 2: You are an average Joe with a nice house, nice car and a family
Scenario three: you are poor as the average Canadian citizen, but you have maaaad programing skills


We will start with scenario one
Gear wise
So you just won the lottery and you need something to spend it on. Look no further than Perfect World International. So you made a blademaster and just got to level 101 and you have decided to cashshop yourself a nice set of r9 and an interval set up.

You dont need a pve set up because thats all thats left. all you want to do is pvp

you may have noticed some of these items arent in the game
thats where the canadian hacker comes in

Scenario 2
Alright so you got a nice house, a car and a family. Those things are worthless. What you want to do is take your nice family in your nice car on a trip to Canada. In Canada slavery is legal and you are going to want to sell your family as slaves.
When you get back to your home country sell your house and nice car and move in with your parents (if not parents then a friend)

Alright So you have a boatload of money and want a pvp and a pve set up. You dont have enough to hire the hacker so no +20vit stones for you
