Dex or str?

So looking at Dex it says increases dagger and ranged attack right?
I want to be full attack having enough dex and str to be able to use the needed weapon and armor but which one am i supposed to increase to add more attack damage?
One increases ranged while the other increases physical attack. Which one is more beneficial?

    Attack damage is based on dex, the most str you need for endgame gears is 104 or 105 for r9.

    Just do 1 str and 4 dex each level and you'll be peachy.

    Quick edit...

    Warsoul of Earth needs 117 str and is a good helm and if you want to use fists you're gonna need either 135 str for Gorenox Vanity or 155 (I think) for Deicides.

    Dexterity increases ranged (bows/crossbows/slingshots damage) and Daggers damage while Strength affects other physical damage (fists/claws/axes, etc).

    @ _Gnarkill You need 146 Strength for Deicides.

    dex xD definently maybe str for armor and bow usage but the rest in dex and vit
