expert passive skills

If I buy the expert tailor of the boutique, because I can not activate the skill I need to do to learn it without having to raise the skill level by level

    I'm not sure what you're asking here :/

    But how it works is you open the box, and you get an item that maxes your experience for lv1 tailor, a book to learn lv2, and another box which you can open for an item that maxes your experience for lv2 tailor, a book to learn lv3, and another box etc. etc. You still need to have enough spirit and coins to learn each level at the elder though.
