    Maintenance tonight from 11pm PDT til 1am PDT!



    And for tonight's maintenance question:



    Did you celebrate St. Patrick's Day last weekend? What did you do?

      PWI Version 623 Patch Notes
      Released March 21, 2012

      General
      The Patcher will now detect if players have required DirectX installed on their systems.
      Players without it will be prompted with the DirectX installer.

      Known issue:
      After patching DirectX via the above method, some players might experience an error.
      In that case, please use elementclient.exe located in the Element folder to launch the game.

      Answer: I spent it drinking Guinness, as any good St. Paddy's day celebrant should.

      We don't have St. Patrick's day in my country... Aside from green, four-leave clovers, drinking & lepricons I really don't even have an idea what it's all about... So I just spend my day gaming... b:chuckle

      Nothing much, just played PWI and watched Anime with my little sister.

      You just take the old patch link, make the first number the old second number, and then keep trying different new second numbers until you stumble onto the new patch URL.

      For example, last week's patch was "ec_patch_617-621.cup", so you just try "ec_patch_621-622.cup", "ec_patch_621-623.cup", "ec_patch_621-624.cup", etc... until you find the new patch. It's often the old number +2, but not always.

      Anyways, tonight's patch is 12.7 MB, so within the normal range of the vanilla patch file size.

      That's pretty much all there is too it for a lot of Americans. Some cities have parades. But really, lots of people just use celebrating Irish history just as an excuse to get drunk....

      Answer to question. I don't celebrate holidays, not even birthdays.

      Now about the update, it will be another useless patch?
      WTB PWI 2008 where people were thinking more about doing good rather than pretending to be.
