Verification email???

someone please help me pwi dont send me my verification password....... neither my email verification becouse i want to change my email.....

and they dont send me to my email the verification to change my password............b:angryb:angryb:angryb:angryb:angryb:angry

    I've noticed that with the PWI site, that verification emails and the such are absolutely terrible and take forever to receive. Even a password change request can take either a few minutes, several hours, or even a day or two. e_e

    I created another acc and I'm waiting for the validation email have more than 24hours alread, time for send a ticket I guess...

    I've noticed that with the PWI site, that verification emails and the such are absolutely terrible and take forever to receive.

    yeah sometimes it's easiest if you just submit a ticket. We can manually activate your account very easily barring weekends or food poisoning

    Same thing happens to me. I have never received a verification email. I resend again and again and wait up to 2 weeks before submitting my tickets to change my password, and half the time even that doesn't work.

    GM's, if you suggest frequent changing of passwords, how about actually making it possible?? Everytime I need to change mine, it turns out a nightmare of waiting for ticket replies with a link that lasts only a couple hours (usually sent to me while I'm alseep).

    ok i send my ticket they send me 1 email................ JUST SEND ME that you change my password!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and email i know where to do it myself but it doesnt work please you can do it !!!

    i love pwi !! but you got an horrible service .... long time ago i played a game that the customer service was a chat with a real person and he solve your problem like i click talk to customer service and they instantly answer me ...

    This is just and idea to make PWI PERFECT XD jejeje please hurry with my request thanks
