Messed up APS?

okay so this may be nothing but its leaving me confused. Until yesterday i had tt80 soul messenger fists and i had 1.43 aps normal 1.67 with cyclone heel and 2.0 with demon spark. i spent 15m and got myself a nice pair of gorenox vanity's as it should be my attack rate is 1.57. but when i use cyclone heel its still 1.67. i left it alone it was whatever. but now with demon spark its STILL 2.0 and im just really confused. help D:

    1.43 attacks / sec (0.70 secs / attack)
    1.54 attacks / sec (0.65 secs / attack)
    1.67 attacks / sec (0.60 secs / attack)
    2.00 attacks / sec (0.50 secs / attack)

    .7*.88=.616 (Rounds to .60)
    .65*.88=.572 (Rounds to .60)

    .7*.75=.525 (Rounds to .50)
    .65*.75=.487 (Rounds to .50)

    What this means is, with % reduction of skills, sometimes you don't get that extra level of attacks per second.

    Now, what you have gained right now is three things:

    1. Extra speed not sparked and not in cyclone heel.
    2. Extra heals from the Proc on the weapon (Revenge)
    3. More damage per hit.

    In the future, when you hit 90 and get -.10 bracers, get a tome, etc: the .05 is more meaningful in Cyclone and Spark.
