i need some help i got slight problem

i am new in this game i got perfect pc but when i loged on PW i went to create char i couldnt see it then i tryed my best to log after that i still got same problem i cant see my char in game also mobs and npc and other pple anyone can help me please !!!!!!!

ur problem is on the file
models.pck
try redonwloading the gamei only get chips from bh 100
never oppened a pack that dosent gives tokens
got worst luck in pwi
and i still try0
