    I dont think it is tbh :o.

    A friend of mine is trying to figure out ways to get it but I think there is a TM run thats needed thats broken or something, Im not really sure tho. Would be epic if it was tho

    Unable to be obtained until they make it so frost can also be ran as a TM instead of exp instance.

    Why any caster would want that crappy -3% channelling anyway?

    If you don't mind channeling,Wings of CC or Matchless Wings have way better pdef.

    look at interval cape, seems better as lunar one

    Not possible.

    There's at least two issues. Firstly, there is no TM for Frost, which means one of the tokens of glory cannot be gotten. Secondly, the quests for Tokens of Glory are currently level 150, meaning you're unable to take them even if you have all the capes. The latter has been confirmed by multiple people who have tried to get a Token of Glory from TM.

    So it may be possible if you happen to live in China and play Perfect World 1?
