I don't mean to spam but I was tired of screaming my lament at the sky. Apparently God doesn't care that I really really want to play this game again. Go fig.

What are some ways you guys kill time while updating?

    I've never had that problem, mine usually updates fairly fast... Although the descent patch took... a while. I usually go on the forums, because its what I do when I'm bored in game anyway. Otherwise? I just go about my normal business and hope it speeds up.

    Takes a while to patch if you're starting from the original version LOL

    Thanks for the wb Arythalia. I'll hit you if I decide to go back to Dreamweaver. I was actually going to start over on a pvp server because when I played before I got to 46 and was disappoint that not many people were PvPing on that server except the uber leet high level holy **** guys.

    Also I think I'm going to play an archer this time around. :P

    (I say that but I know I'll go back to my beloved Assassins eventually.)

    @Lolgasmic: Can't I do all those things at once? O.o

    SO THERE I WAS RIGHT. I spent the better part of the weekend updating. Got my bar about halfway. Launcher froze.

    FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

    QQ God hates me.

    Keep calm and.. re-download. Clean your room, bake a cake... Do homework, if you have any. Learn something new and random if you have time for that.

    And welcome back when you manage to get it to work.

    My downloader refused to start completely, so I went the roundabout way and reinstalled everything, downloaded torrent, downloaded the pwi torrent, unzipped that and spent I don't know how long with downloading that. My room had never looked cleaner. So it is possible, in the end.

    My issue is I'm living on a farm temporarily with no internet until the house I have secured in town is up for rent. That isn't for two weeks. So I've been using the Mcdonald's wifi and I can't rightly sit in Mcdonald's for 48 hours while this runs.

    wont be much pvp on the PVP servers as i tend to hear on these forums but good

    luck in your endeavors.
