Who remembers Legend of Dragoon?

I'm replaying it on an emulator instead of leveling and farming gear.
I cant honestly say I'm missing pwi at the moment.

Sure the emulator is buggy and glitches a lot, but kinda gives that "I'm playing a disk so scratched with love its not funny" authentic feel yanno?

I missed so much of this game when i was a kid! Like how annoying Shana is shoving her fangirlish obsession down darts throat while he's kinda sorta looking at Rose and shes looking at him and seeing his father, her lover.
Shirley was the best dragoon of light. I'm sorry.
How none of the water dragoons since day 1 have been human. The first Damia was a mermaid from Aglis; now extinct in all forms.

There's so many hints in the game its not funny. I love it. >w<

If you've never played Legend of Dragoon, i highly suggest a quality old school video game for the play station 1. An unknown classic and truely epic story with (at the time) cutting edge graphics. Some of the CGI scenes could still stand up against our games today, and with some minor tweaks, be a real competitor.

The makers of LOD trashed the idea of a sequel when final fantasy 7 blew up like it did. I feel jipped. LOD was my childhood, before I even knew what final fantasy was. I had fking dragoons.

Which emulator are you using? Oh, and be careful... you have to find a copy with a good third disk, or you'll be hurting when it crashes and corrupts your save file.b:surrender

<-- Speaking from experience... hours and hours of gameplay... *poof* b:cry

Now I have the original disks from the PS1 era, and am playing on my PS2 b:pleased

I have several diffrent ISOs of each disk, so if one fails I pull a diffrent one. However Im stuck in Queen Fury, I get all the way up to playing as albert but meru's coding is screwy and if she sits up on her bed, she tries to slowly morph into the wall and vanish >> Game never finishes loading her. She just gets her head **** off. JOY.

I need to just suck it up and buy it on ebay/amazon. i used to have the real version but my b!@H*#$*&# friend stole it. >> Her disks were damaged and she stole mine so she could finish the game the ho.

However my darling, wonderful, amazing, sweetie, great fantastical boyfriend
    has
    all
    four
    disks...
    practically brand new....
*kisses him and swipes game, sticks it in bra, runs away*

I always really liked this game. Having some skill based things (Additions) in a turn based game made for some fun times. Took me so long to master the timing of Gust of Wind Dance, just to be equally as stuck trying to master Blossom Storms timing. (not to mention the rest of the ultimate additions).

The first time I got to the final boss, I was fighting it for an hour and a half, had it almost done then ran out of revive items and lost.b:surrender The last time I played it though my friends thought I was cheating when I was able to win in 15 minutes with most of the final bosses attacks missing my party. b:laugh

One of my all-time favorite games. The creatures and storyline were some of the most creative of their time, and the cut-scenes are just beautiful. Especially when you think of how low-tech the systems were by today's standards. I don't think I'd enjoy PWI as much now, if I hadn't "cut my teeth" on Dragoon. :)

I dont like albert, he's a nerd king and his cape annoys me.
My team is always Meru, Rose, and Dart.
Meru for healing and Magic (Rainbow Breath is even a cureall)
    Rose for DD smackdown
And dart to stand there and look pretty and have the most HP. :D
