Cast 1.0 seconds
Cooldown 120.0 seconds
Weapon Dagger

Requisite Cultivation Aware of Vacuity

Curses target, transmitting a portion of the damage
you take to them. Does not transfer damage taken
from the target.

Lasts for 15 seconds.
Channels 20% to 60% of damage received,
depending on your Soulforce, to your target.

Range of effect is 45 meters.
Costs 2 Sparks.

    It doesn't exist in the game yet, along with our poison cone-shaped AoE.

    Because as with all other expansions, they don't release everything at once.

    When the TB expansion came out (Raging Tides, fish classes, etc), Assassins and Psys didn't have their 3rd spark.

    When the EG expansion came out (Tellus City, seeker/mystic classes, etc), the EG were missing a few things. The predominant being rank 9.

    When this expansion came out, every class is missing a skill, and some NPCs aren't implemented yet.


    It's how PWE rolls. We can't do anything about it.

    Because I'm Lv 100, I have Death Link and Death Chain is not yet available for me. That's why. b:angry
