Unable to change password

I'm trying to change my PWI password but i do not get the verification email. I added the PWI email as suggested and still dont get it. I also am unable to submit a ticket it tells me site has too many redirects.

Any help on this?

    and this is what i did my current password didnt work no matter what i did so i submitted multiple emails to change it and they didnt show up but i just refreshed my email and signed in and out then they showed up just fine :)

    The problem is I can't change my password. For some reason when I try to type in the old password it won't let me type the full password. Just part of it. Says invalid password blah blah. Don't know what is wrong. But won't let me change it now.

    Still unable to change the password, and when i try to submit a ticket it tells me:

    i have allowed 3rd party cookies and cleared the cookies.

    Bump, still cant change password and still unable to submit a ticket

    Try using a real browser like Chrome.

    that was from the chrome browser, any other suggestions?
