    You suck at this game. Questing costs nothing. Grinding mobs cost very little. Farming mats/herbs in the open world map costs nothing. Setting up a separate merchant toon for a duel clienting catshop costs nothing. Finding people your own lvl to frost is much cheaper than buying heads. If you can't figure this out then you just suck.
