    Hi!

    The avatar of other players do not display correctly when I log in using my account.
    The avatars displayed use the same generic color and face depending on class and gender (all male BMs look the same to me, and so on)..
    The clothes are correct; only the actual "person" is wrong.

    When I use a different account on the same PC, however, this problem does not show.

    Any one encountered this too? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any setup I can change?

    (When I clicked on the cleric on the left part of the image, she does not look like the one displayed in the upper part of the image. In my account, all female clerics look like the one on the left.)

      go to options and search for customization's i forgot where it exactly is sorry

      Options>UI>Apply the "customization" box... You probably used Best performance or something and forgot to turn it back of again before logging out... b:victory

      I haven't been able to fix it...I had turn on best preforms mode then logged off of one of my characters since then logging back in I have the same problem...just it's EVERYONE in major cities. Would the same things work for me is the question....I will try what you guys have said though...I was looking to see if anyone ran into the same thing. If it doesn't work I will be sending a ticket in....cuz It's hard to play with defaults all around you.



      Well I did it and it worked I was so glad it did.

      If you log off with best performance on, when you log in Customization is turned off. Follow the above directions to turn back on.
