dont see my char"s when im logt in my acc

dear people when i have installed the new expansion of pwi and i logt in, i dont see my characters ??? :o ..
whats wrong ? is the game resseted ?

  nake sure you have directx 9.0c installed, also make sure you are connected to the proper server in the game before you log on

  I tried to add a signature here thats not even as big as some. but it kept resizing to make it illegible, so **** it
