Graphic troubles

Hello everyone,

first of all i tried everything to solve the problem but couldn't manage to get rid of a bug that occurs a lot since yesterday ONLY on PWI that's why i'm asking here.

I get these kinds of bugs while playing, it happens out of nowhere and can't do anything but getting killed if i was in battle or not able to move. So i usually have to reboot or (if i'm lucky) alt + tab and close down the game.

    1. Make sure you have the most recent video driver from the manufacturer.

    2. Download and re-install it anyway using the clean install option just in case.

    3. Run scandisk to check your hard drive for errors.

    4. Defrag your hard drive.

    5. Verify your files.

    6. Reboot.

    If that doesn't fix it, post dxdiag and hijackthis logs.

    Ok so first of all thank you for your help, it took me some time to do all the steps of your help but the damn bug is still there, it's not fixed.

    ive also had this graphical breakdown problem on this brand new comp

    CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA250 Desktop PC:

    pwi itself is the faulty thing..cause one of the times it did this i managed to summon the windows task manager....and it said pwi was using 1.5 GB of memory,and almost 100% of my 3.60 ghz worth of processing power

    so the only thing that means is that pwi is a lousily coded program,and encounters and error,then the calculations diverge to infinity and crash the system

    and also @ the OP,another thing that is causing you problems most likely is running a rather lousy third party antivirus....third party antivirus usually dont get along too well with mmo,this one in particular

    you should uninstall that one and use only windows defender and the microsoft antivirus tool which they release monthly

    @Semis_Inferi : I don't trust Microsoft's programs like these. I'll change antivirus for Bullguard because i had few problems with this one. Bullguard is fast and never had problem during the month i used it.

    I get the same thing only started after genesis expansion came out. Dont know if this helps at all but the way I fix it (if I even bother to log in this game) is to tab to desktop and then tab back into the game, doing this fixes it, until it happens again that is.

    I just noticed yesterday when i was playing with my nvidia control settings for elementclient.exe, i forced it through my SLI and got quite a few graphic bugs. you can try to make sure all those settings are the standard or nvidia recommended settings
    I tried to add a signature here thats not even as big as some. but it kept resizing to make it illegible, so **** it

    PWI on crack... This looks even weirder then when I try to play the game on my 8-year-old AMD pc... b:laugh
    Might be a problem with your graphic card... Try to update your graphic drivers... These glicthes can also occur when your graphic card get's to hot... Are your fans working properly?
