Cultivation Bugged?

I was working on cultivation for my cleric a long time ago and got to the point where you harvest Torgin Pendants from the Torgin Warriors near the Stairway to Heaven. I came back to work on it tonight and the quest says I have 13 / 7 Pendants. Now, I know this isn't right, but I've tried re-logging and trashing, but re-logging didn't work and it won't let me trash the quest and restart. Help?

    It may be correct as the number of items needed for Cultivation quests was reduced on some quests with the Descent expansion.

    Well I thought that too, but I went to the Psychic Seer to turn it in... and it wouldn't let me. XD I'm not sure what is going on...
