and i back it but nothing there no my BM nothing
i lost tome Pan Gu and cube neck

    That's what you get for believing in 'free stuff', 'game hax and sploits'.

    - Never, EVER download unofficial sheet
    - Put a password on your banker (different from your accout login)
    - Use BINDING CHARMS to bind all badass stuff.
    - Items bound by binding charms can't be sold even on the npc (I know cus I've got an gold TT bracers that just wont go ._.)

    It might be not ur fault but i never heard that admins helped any **** person. Its known that they dont care about customers. Google about experiences with pwi, ull read everywhere the same. And they wont care in future, they dont have any reputation to lose.

    Did you download suspicious content containing a keylogger?

    Notice, the REAL PWE site always has 'perfectworld' right before the '.com' if there is anything between 'perfectworld' and '.com' it is not legit.

    Not true. They've actually helped quite a few people get gear back in the past (Me being one of them)

    Character deletion usually takes 7-days long to happen, have you tried changing servers, maybe, you moved from your server accidentally? b:puzzled

    You aren't the only one that has ever been **** or given away your account info unknowningly

    Submit a ticket and get a password reset done and you can get your account back.

    Hopefully you have now learned not to EVER put your account information anywhere but where you put it to log into the game and the forums.

    As for if you can get any of his items or coin that was probably taken by the hacker, well I've heard conflicting stories on that. Some people have said they have had their accounts restored after something like this and some say PWE does nothing. GMs however have said (back during the SoT dube) that all item transactions are monitored so in theory they can restore any items/coins that left the account during a certain time and investigate who they were traded to. If they would spend the time to do so is another matter entirely.

    I saw Frankie post (sorry, I cannot find the link so you'll have to make your own discretion), that accounts PHISHED can be retrieved, it's the item retrieving that cannot be retrieved. Because if you have lost it, and it has been sold to another player, they cannot just give you another one (Pan Gu for example). And they can not take the item from the other player who
    may not be the phisher. b:surrender
    And in a dream world the person who lost it would receive it, and the person who received it would lose it and be returned his coins... But that is much too much work for a GM who is probably dealing with 300 other cases exactly like yours. b:sad

    If he's a troll: He's a moron for trolling. Let's face is, trolls are stupid and mostly pathetic little petty people who have no control in real life so they try and boost their ego by getting reactions from those online.
