My Characters Are Not Popping Up At Select Char

hey i logged into PWI n i was at the select character screen my chars didnt pop up plz help

    Hey i got the same problem. What's going on? My char won't show up at selection. I've played earlier and it was fine. Plz someone help b:cry

    i just downloaded the game and its already doing it to me. i cant create a character either

    is this solved? i am having same issue. new computer, all drivers are up to date....reinstalled twice and verified once

    Same here but i got 3 other and only promobel io had one the other one the start was not working but i cant log in my laptop b:cryb:angryb:shocked

    1. select the right server.

    2. update DirectX

    Those are the most common solutions and are posted regularly.

    Direct x is up to date. on correct server. funny thing is when i create a new toon, it shows up. none of my mains are showing up in char selection screen on this computer only.

    have the same problem..
    just updated the game and none of my chars are showing.. not even when in-game..
    DirectX is up to date too

    I have the same problem as well. In my case however, none of my characters and everyone else' characters show up. I try making a new character and nothing shows up either. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall and verified it three times, still nothing. I checked DirectX, and it's up to date. And I know I'm on the right server, because I'm only on one, and I double checked all the other servers to make sure.
