Bugged Quest "Head off"?

Hi there, i wonder if the quest to kill Pyrocephalus in Swamp of Wraith is kinda bugged lately.
I got the reqiuired Questitem, but the so called "stone of calling" doesnt appear on that altar south of the Wraithgate cave. Its simply an empty place and nothing happens.
Any ideas?

    as i recall it can take 40 minutes for the stone to respawn after someone has killed the mini boss.. you need to just hang around OR hope you get lucky as you fly past

    oookay, guess I was just lucky the first time then, didnt know that it need some time to respawn, ty :)

    found the quest guide here - seems the respawn is only 25mins - heh guess it feels longer when you are waiting for it O.o

    Headless One
    -Continued from quest "Minion of Alucard"
    1. Speak to the Wraith Hunter (536, 415) Whetstone Stronghold
    -Kill 1 Pyrocephalus (Is summoned when you dig the Stone of Calling located at [586, 435]
    [Level 70]Metal Element BOSS. Close range HP drain. Solo-able boss.
    Stone respawns every 25 minutes
    2. Report to the Wraith Hunter (536, 415) Whetstone Stronghold
    Choose 1:
    -Choice 1: Average Garnet Shard + Scarlet Fruit: 1
    -Choice 2: Average Sapphire Shard + Scarlet Fruit: 1
    -Choice 3: Average Citrine Shard + Scarlet Fruit: 1
    -Choice 4: Average Turquoise Shard + Scarlet Fruit: 1
    -Reward (Rep: 7)

    Was flying around but couldn't find the Stone of Calling. So after reading I waited and got the kill. Solo ofcourse.
