log in after password change

can log in to forum but not game after changing password b:angryb:angry

anyone got ideas.

can log in to my other account np.

and yes cleaned cookies.

used forgot password.

reset it again still no game.

now its the wait for someone to wake up and look at tickets.

and NO im not only one with same problem b:sadb:sad

    went to change my password yesterday. got to the screen where it said an email to confirm my change had been sent. i left that window open while i checked my email. after 15min of no email i canceled the change. im glad i did because i didnt get the confirm email till 4 hours later.
    dont know why it took so long to get the confirmation. could you all please keep us posted here as to what and how long it takes to fix your problems? I would really lie to change my password but afraid of going through what you all are going through.

    i got the same problem x.x
    first confirmation link said expired, i reset password again and it worked but still can't log into game account..

    can some one fix the log in problems after changing password b:angry

    12 hours and nothing not even an ok we looking at problem.

    there is 3 of us in same faction with SAME problem so dont try to tell me its just me.b:angryb:angry

    Tryed changing password couple more times still same thing

    once again the only one working at PWI is the security guard.

    b:angry Same issue. changed password and now it tells me they are wrong.
    And yet I can login to the website with them. WTF b:angry

    Same thing happened to me last year. I changed user name and password ( which were reset by PWI ) and when logged in all my tunes are gone.

    Not to mention that that was my main account.

    Tried sending tickets, got response
    *For this situation, please make sure that you have selected the correct account, game, and server. If any of these selections are different, you would not see the same set of previously created characters.*

    And YES I did.

    I tried to send ticket after this response status said *Resolved*, which is obviously not b:cry

    Every ticket after that status said *duplicate* and no response.

    NOTE: tickets were send weeks apart

    I've been trying to resolve this problem since September 2011. b:sad

    Does anyone have any idea, or tips that may help me???
