Unreadable Error @ Start

Been having this error window pop up after I press the big yellow Start button, preventing me from going to the client screen. After that window, for a split second another window shows up, reading: Runtime Error! R6025 - pure virtual function call
Anyone else having this problem and know a way to fix it? Tried the Tech Support Zone, didn't seem to help much. b:thanks

    I only see errors like that when my client crashes. I would suggest sending a (lol, good luck with this,) ticket and see if you can't get someone from PWE to walk you through it.

    use a video driver that is direct3D capable.

    Usually this happens on a clean install when you're using the default Windows video driver.
    Go to the manufacturer website for your video card and download the latest driver. Then perform a clean install. (Found under advanced settings). Also, don't forget to run as administrator if you're on Vista or newer.
