I got this error when i updated my client. it says i need to reinstall it.

    Same, it says i need directX 9.0c, and it wont start even though i have dx11 installed on win7. any suggestions?

    guys , im new in game , i downloaded and installed it , and i made an account and logged in, but ... i cant see any character to make , and when i just wrote a name of a class , to see if its fixed , i cant see anyone or any npc or any monsters , can see only the name of the characters and name of npcs and name of mobs, what should i do? please help :(
