I never see QQ threads about BM's are we really the happy medium?

Edit: I stand corrected about Barbs...

    Oh there's plenty of QQ about barbs. Mainly how they are no more the primary tanks.

    Well theres no instance where people will say no to a decent BM. Especially it it has 4/5aps.

    PvP you do fine, even with the "OMG NO GLITCHING MY 2 SPARK" etc.

    And even with not so great gear (tt90) they're still a good class for most PvE.
    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute
    #Shame about PWEs absolutely craptastic handling of the goons glitching. Remember kids, there's no punishment for breaking the rules here!#
    If you make a valid complaint, your thread will disapear. Don't post it here, post it on other sites where PW can't hide it.

    They need to fix that glitch where Blademasters can use weapons that aren't blades. I see lots of them using fists which is ridiculous since they aren't called Fistmasters.

    Most BM's don't QQ because most of them quit after they removed cancel casting.

    Most old-school BMs are used to being a support class.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    Support means in-battle-buffs, debuffs, and crowd control.

    Clerics aren't support because they heal. Healing is it's own role. They are support because of their debuffing ability, the short 15 second sage/demon buffs spamming their 30 min buffs give, the ability to sleep a wandering add, etc.

    BM's are support for oh so many reasons, most notably stuns and HF.

    Veno's are support for debuffs, passing sparks, etc.


    Every class has some form of support skill, but a class is defined as a support class when they excel at the support role to the point they are desired for it above other reasons.

    bms only selling point is HF and stun which is support skills.
    Yes we can go 5 aps but it is inferior to Sins 5 aps.
    Yes we can AoE but it is inferior to Wizards/seekers/Archers aoes.
    Our class revolves around the support skills we have.
    In TW are we considered DD classes? No. We are support we are stun and hf slaves.

    Blademaster... Mastery of bladed weapons.

    Swords have blades.

    Axes have a bladed edge.

    Pikes/poleblades have a bladed edge.

    Claws could be considered to have a bladed edge, depending on the style.

    Hammers do not have a bladed edge.

    So...

    Blademasters should use Swords, Axes, dual axes, poleaxes, pikes, poleblades, and claws, but not hammers, polehammers, or fists, nor should they be able to attack barehanded?

    Sounds reasonable to me.

    The mastery is Axe/Hammer mastery... So... WTF... b:surrender

    All classes need to use their skills for a fast vana run. HF+GS+SS+3 sparky sins = dead boss, if any one of those is missing, people complain about 6 minute nirvana runs.

    Also everyone assumes a sin is a better than a bm hands down. That may hold true at +12 for all gear pieces, but until we reach that point, there is no class that is better or worse at dealing damage, it depends on the gear you have. I steal agro often from "Sins" b:shocked. There are bosses where if i don't hf, squishy tanking sins will die, simply because the weapon does awesome damage, but the armour can not take it. Not the sin class fault, just the players fault for not being able to handle it.

    People just know BM's are fun awesome class. You can play a bm like a sin, spark>auto attack>spark...., but........b:surrender

    Any good Bm knows, we're just as good as any other class, get a good BM BP, we can solo anything just as well as a Sin, I got no problems there myself, Solo Fc, Solo SoT, Solo Abaddon, you name it lol.

    As for this "Mastery" nonsense, BMs have Fist Mastery skill, just saying o.O

    BMs are also the most wanted class for any instance, Demon HF is probably the most epic skill in the game.

    Pvp wise, BMs can hold their own vs any class you pit them against, we can do the same **** sins do, 2 spark and aps you dead, Granted most BMs don't even spark at all in pvp. Vs sins a BM doesn't need to spark. But no sin would ever win if they didn't spark. Most BMs will have 20k hp and 30k+ pdef and 4-5 aps unsparked.

    So being a support class, hell nah. We many HF and Stun but idk about everyone else, we do a hell of alot of damage aswell, even though the best we got are G15 Nirvana Fists lol, or TT100 Fists.

    well obviously we do a **** ton of damage.
    But compared to a sin, not much.
    In a squad such as nirvana squad, do you spark or HF (Lets say you dont have cloud eruption to do both). You HF obviously, that is what makes us a support class IN A SQUAD.

    PWI just translated it bad.

    And saying that BM isn't a DD only because its the second highest PvE DD its like saying R9+11 sucks while R9+12 rocks.

    Last TW I did, I was eating BM's very rapidly on my Archer, indeed, they were dropping like flies. the only person they annoyed in my faction was our cata barb, and 15 VS 1, they couldn't even kill him.

    lolol, what kinda crappy BMs do you go up against o.o

    As far as most BMs having 20k hp, well guess I didn't count on how crappy most BMs are and only have 8k hp lol, myself I have 20k hp base vit of 3, Pdef of 31k and Mdef of 15k.

    and I'm not even the best stated BM in pwi lol, some BMs have 26k+ hp. If you're still struggling with 10k hp at lvl 100...you should probably just quit your BM x.x
