Charge Zen page not working?

I'm getting a 403 Error when I try to access the charge zen page or my wallet or purchase history. I already cleared my cookies and restarted my browser so I assume it's down.

    Im having the same problem , I had to enter my history just to access the forum to post because even it was saying I couldn't access it.Untitled.jpg

    the forum was doing that to me at first but I got through somehow, but the zen page is still doing the same thing.

    That's exactly what's happening to me.

    Exactly the same problem for me, too; Forum was "forbidden", and billing.perfectworld.com is still "forbidden".

    ***EDIT*** As of 4:40 pm PST, the Billing page seems to be up. Whatever was the problem seems to have been rectified.

    Charge zen page is up for me but when I transferred some zen I had purchased earlier over to Dreamweaver server and then logged my character on... no gold received on that end. b:surrender

    yeah it did the same to me.. no gold transfered... wish I'd read your message earlier.
