My character is invisible, (in the customize page)

hi, I'm new, and when I logged in my character din't show up, is like it was invisible, the other things are totally fine, can someone help me please?

    I use to have that problem on my very old desk top. I use to be able to see heads and that was about it. I added more memory and it helped the problem. I also have had that problem after one of my laptops fell. Last time I had that problem with it I had to have the hard drive replaced because it fell. b:surrender
