Thanks for the guides and advice!

First, a short bit of background:
I've leveled a wizard to 101, a psychic to 101, a cleric to 89, and an archer to 23. b:chuckle

I've played on Lost City for a bunch of PvP fun (I hate assassins and archers lol) and I've played on Archosaur for the PvE experience without constantly watching my back. I left the game for a year and just recently came back for Descent.

Now for the thanks:
I've never played a melee class before, but I decided to try out an assassin. I created this character to farm coins and TT mats for my other characters, and I'm going to try a non-cash shopped approach to power. I won't be able to get in on Nirvana runs, but I should be able to farm the G15 PvE weapons from Morai. It's slow-going, but by doing the quests and leveling the "normal" way I hope to really learn the class well.

All the guides and advice offered here is top-notch! The sticky on skill level advice is great, since I really have no idea how skills are going to pan out later. I also love the APS sticky here with all the different gear combos; now I know what I'm shooting for and at which levels.

Welcome, and good luck! I have a great feeling the new G15 PvE weapon will be very useful for PvE. I'm going to be testing it intensely, even though I already have r9 daggers and g13 nirvy ones.

Thanks! I'm dying to see how well they stack up to the R8/R9 equipment. It's a lot of prestige and influence to collect, but it's a free path to power for people like me who've already spent too much on their other classes. b:chuckle

Nothing will really stack up to r9 that's that cheap.

I'm feeling like these daggers will stack up to the G13 nirvy ones.
