hey guys a friend of mine logged in his account a bit ago and his character was gone...
but this char is still in our faction and friendlist.
he tried to contact the support and gms many times and oh wonder got no reply at all.
are there ppl who take care of those things anyway? or is it just making money and give a damn about the customers?
in any other game you can call for a gm or support and there will be one helping you out.
it cant be that a character is just gone with his rank 8 and more expensive things.

id like to get a gm or something like that to explain this to me

    Yes it just takes time, no they don't check the forums only mods and some times a GM.

    but most of our posts are here for us to help answer each others questions,

    you could send a ticket in on there behalf but they need to send in a ticket and wait


    on a side silly note make sure they are on the right server ( once i was on a different server and freaked out thinking my character was gone)

    I know this is probably not the case but its worth a look.

    send in a support ticket
    19k Hp and rising my goal is 20k unbuffed (would love 25k )

    Do we have any support at all: no.

    The ticket system is automated. Be careful, if you do get a legitimate ticket response you could find find yourself banned for no reason other than following it.

    The forums are controlled by some power-hungry mods (unpaid). Every once in a while a community manager will pop in and say hi. You won't get anymore than that, though. If you're looking for decent support, I'd try PW-CN or a private server.

    Same thing happened to me. I've been trying to solve the problem since September 2011.
    All I get is

    * make sure server, account name, password is correct*

    And that was my main character and my main account.

    I too would like to know what I can do for that problem to get solved.

    I really want my characters back.

    Sure, there is support. When I had an issue with my alt's wedding the issue actually got resolved. It took roughly two and a half months. Probably about two weeks for me to get the first response. But if you consider how much **** they must sift through before getting to real issues, it's somewhat understandable. Every fool out there are probably sending in "issues" like QQs, rages, reporting people for saying "butt", claiming they were **** in order to try and get free ****, etc.

    If you do have them check and they're not just on the wrong server by accident then do what everyone has said. Mail in a ticket and wait. After I got the initial reply on my issue, I would write in after roughly 48-72 hours(These hours only counting on business days.) if I didn't get a response. If you get an automated response, simply keep writing in. Don't have them flood the ticket with ragefests though.

    Alot of times that can be attributed to lag. Completly loging out and back in would solve the problem for me. There was so much lag, it couldnt load my char data., all i can say is try that and wait on ticket

    it was the right server with the right name and password.
    how can it be that you arent online for like a week and all your characters on the server are gone for good?the funny thing is it seems like they are just deleted but if i pm this char there is only that this char is currently offline so he cant be deleted at all....

    my friend did send a lot of tickets about it but never got any reply and thats the sad thing.
    he spend so much rl money for nothing.

    sure they have a lot of tickets with **** in it i do understand that but after a few month there should be at least a replyb:angry

    Lol it is only automated somtimes , I have talked to many Tech support people through tickets where they were actualy responding.
