Can Anyone Help me Make Faction icon

Sorry im not to good with Them Photo editing things
-And sorry if this is not where im suppost to post this

- New to posting on them

Im just wondering if any of you could help me out by makeing this useable for my faction icon

Faction icon

What im wanting is one just like it re-sized and formatted to where its usable for the faction icon

And also i would like one of Just the Peace sign and without the background like A transparent background
-So i can tell what one i like best-

If any of you can help me with this i Will love you For ever! -As a Friend-

And the factions name is Groovy So if you have any ideas for the icon and can make one for me id appreciated it
