Doubt about shared bank account

I have a lv 69 seeker, i bought all lv 70 equips, a 69 mold cape, and other stuff, but unfortunately, i lost my banker password.


If i transforme it on a shared account with other char, will this guy have to use the ''the lost banker account'' or will use him own banker password?
