    • Why my acc is Banned

    My Main Character is Lady_Crash, in Lost City, this morning i got the mini window, you ben booted, so i try to log in again, and i sais incorrect id or Password, i got a Mail, and it sais:
    Your account, xxxxx, has been suspended for logging in from a banned region or an open proxy. it never pass to me before, i never irrespect ppl in the game or something, y have playing this game for like 2 years +, so i want to know What i Did ??? i ll get my Acc back pls give me a respond, also i was logging my acc in the PW entertaiment page and is sais u acc has banned.

    thats why im doing this thread form my another acc, so pls tell me what happened .

      GMs don't discuss bans on the forums. Send a support ticket, please.

      Um, ur answer is right there, if u feel that is in error, submit a ticket, and as mentioned, discussing ur ban on the forums is against the ToS.

      Send an email the email linked to your banned account to pwi. It's probably just an error. Had this happen to my little brother and it was handled pretty quickly. They also do it if someone attempts to login from your account at an unrecognized ip address, so it might have just been for your protection. It doesn't mean you've done something wrong.
