New char + blessing = no no?

I made a new char yesterday and was about to get myself a blessing.
When I got to the blessing page and was about to choose which char to receive it I notice my new char's name isn't there.
I've tried to relog and wait a few hours but it's still not there.

Has anybody else had this problem before?

    it probably has to be at least lvl 10 (at least, u need to be that lvl to do offers on an account, but im not sure) or its just so new that it hasnt "registered" in their system yet, kinda thing.

    It's level 18. And I have other chars that are below 10 who can get a blessing.
    And I noticed that my new chars name pops up at the token shop but not the DQ page or blessing page.

    how many days old is your new character? If it's still in the first 48 hour period where you still have the option available to 'modify' its appearance that might be why, although I can't say I've ever encountered this issue at all, but saying that I've never tried to get a Jones blessing for any of my characters when they were under 2 days old. b:surrender

    Well since the new char's name pops up on the token shop I don't think that's the problem. And it has worked for my other new chars before.

    test it out, try making another new char and see if that one will show?

    I did and i still have the same problem. :c
    Oh well, I'll wait some more and if I still can't get it I'll submit a ticket.

    There is no real need for a blessing till quite later levels, starter gear is more than enough itself. I didnt even start using omally's on my barb till the 50's

    If your account has the account stash ability, try to transfer from there. Works for me.

    I know this is a stupid question, but have youmade double sure that you have chosen the correct server that the character you want to send it to is on?

    if it'll make you feel better it happened to me on my seeker also. he's 25 and even after 4 months now i can't get blessing. it doesn't show him on list. But it was only that one case.
