    well it was meant for the crafting damascenes thing....

    and well you dont consider r9 recast...

    with this npc people will start considering to recast the rank9 so it will mean more demand for those crystals...

    obvsly can be revised on the %ages

    btw pwi china mysteries... they dont have ranks but they have such npcs...

    can i have a feedback from gms about the chance to introduce recast mats in boutique\packs or such npcs?!

    uhm on average its just about same cost pr rap/canny as current nirv market is anyway o.O.

    ya sure atm its the same price, but what do u think token price would be if they had this npc? it would skyrocket for a time maybe balance out down the line, but hell everyone would us this guy

    this npc is rumored to be introduced soon with the name of Aurora Agent

    and this will be the way to get your best "morai" skills too :>
