Bought gold but cant buy !

Hi , im new tp PW , i want to extend my inventory, so i bought some gold from the site, to buy the stone i need to give to the npc, well i go in to the boutique tab, find what i want but the "buy" button isnt high lighted so i cant buy it ,, .. what am i doing wrong ?
any help would be great .. thanks in advance x

    Did you relog after you bought it?

    Make sure u go to ur wallet and transfer ur zen to the server u want.

    i have put my gold in world .. and see some " buy" buttons high lighted , just not on the inventory stone i want to buy ,,
