Character Creation

I'm sorry this post may be stupid, but I encounter this problem.
I dled everything and wanted to create my character,
I cant see anything about the character appearance, it's nothing over there.
Ok, I read some of the previous post about the system setting>> IU, I tried but still everything blank. The character, npc.
Can anyone actually tell me what's going on? or what should I do?
Anyone experienced this before?

    So you have an open character slot on your server... you clicked on create and clicked the class and such and no character at all shows up?
    That is very weird.

    Yes. Nothing shows up. I'm redl, reinstalled and get the same results.
    frustrated and i really wants to play :(

    its possible that your computer cant handle it?
    i had the same problem on another game from Perfectworld

    no man, I using Sony Vaio S series, 8GB ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU@2.40GHz processor. and there is good quality graphic card in there. I do not know what's wrong with it.
