Error when trying to run PW

Hello,
I have troubles with starting my PW client.
It shows me this error:

    I asked several people about it but noone seems to have had this prob.My prob is simple i can't see neither my char or other peoples char and i don't know why,i relogged more than 1 times tried to lower graphics and nothing can someone help me pls

    i got the same problem :(,, seems the game is nowhere on my computer except the read me and stuff...
    so i cant redownload it :(

    then reinstall it,look around on START and then search for uninstall,find it,uninstall,then reinstall.

    I read this before. If I remember right you have to save the directx and PW to the same folder. Then they will work right. I'm pretty sure that is what I read, try it and see if it works.
