How much is the Sword of Clouds worth?

Got a guy here offering a seemingly obscene amount for it. $415000 + a genie and a shard. I know the weapon mold drops are rare but this sword is only level 5. Is there any reason I would want to keep it? Can you upgrade these mold weapons later or is there any other value to them? I just don't want to sell it then find out I got ripped off later.

Would you sell for this price?

    Rich players likes to buy their low levels semi-rare lv.20ish legendary weapons that here in Sanctuary can cost up to 2,5M

    Its not upgradeable or anything and its not so far stronger than the normal fb19 weapon or the one from box.

    (Im also pretty sure some of my banker chars have one,been there unused since I forgot lol)

    Hmnmmmm, if it goes for 2.5 Mill elsewhere wouldn't it be dumb to sell for 415k?

    When I did my FB19 on Wiz, I got the level 20 rare wand from a divine quest.

    At first looks, the FB19 weapon was better. But then, I realized i was comparing the Phys attack of the FB19 weapon with the phys attack ont he level 20 wand. o.o The Level 20 Legendary wand did a good double the damage of the FB19 trial wand, that is, as far as the weapon's stats go. Actual damage output on skills was quite noticable, too.

    Is it worth 450 million coins and a 90 LP genie for it?

    No.

    Which is why I used Divine Honors to get it for free, and didn't waste my time or coins to shard it.

    Edit: I could see someone farming RB Alpha and using... Stuff like that, but still not worth the cost.

    depends on the lvl and lp of the genie (clean?)...lvl and type of the shard

    basically not enough info given on the offer

    I put one in the AH months ago on RT's for around 250k with open end bid, it ended up selling for 420k if i remember correctly. If what you posted is 415k, then would be right around the right price i guess. Some people will pay 2m for lvl22 weapons for some odd reason, my 22 weapon I used on my barb sold for a silly amount of around 2m. b:pleased

    I bought a Moonlight bow for 47k off AH and resold it for 4 mil.

    I have a The Penetrator that I could probably sell for 5-8 mil, but... I'm'a keep it because it was a gift.

    Yes I am the same, I do not sell or give away gifts even if I don't need it. I usualy find something similar to give to someone if it is something they need, or just a cheer me upper for them.

    When I make an alt I'd buy a lvl 2x for whatever price it's available at. Whether it be 500k or 2 mil, same difference really. The mold gear at lower levels isn't as common because there aren't any BHs for fb 19, but they make a big difference in yoru character's performance.

    Just throw your lower lvl mold gear in auction house for 1+ mil a few days and it'll prolly sell to some richer higher level player.
