Got scammed

Juz got scammed earlier today, not sure where to post this. Can any gm advise what i can do? are you able to investigate and ip ban the guy MonsterXray_? cos i think it is only an alternate impersonating someone else. heres some screen shots

The guy said he was doing tm69 for 750k each, so he asked me for 6m for 8 runs
The other people in the squad also got scammed same as me

Then when we asked the real 105bm to run for us, he said it was not him

    Naming and shaming is forbidden on the forums so edit the names out. And no GM will help you here. Send a ticket.

    Besides that: You really trust a random person to pay so much money in advance? Asking for it eh...

    @OP naming and shaming isn't allowed, so this will get closed. Submit a ticket by clicking support at the top and explain to the gms (in more detail than here) exactly what you told us. Get the others to send a ticket as well, even if they don't have screenies as it will back up your claim. From there, the GMs will decided how to handle the situation.

    I'm sorry but you all deserved to get scammed, to start the hell off, it was a level 22 with all the starter **** on and no guild, yet you all believed that he had a 105 BM that for some reason he wasn't talking to you with instead.
    It really looks like people get thicker with each passing day of power levelling newbs, I might start logging in with a level 1 character my self and say I'll do multiple solo FC runs for 1mill per person, may end up with a bill when I'm finished scamming for the day.
