Noon on Eastern Standard Time is 9am (when they probably are just arriving to work) PST. Subtract three hours from our time. (Also on East Cost) Which means latest it will be fixed is probably around 8-9pm.

Compared whit the 1st bug this page had, I think the time was reasonable for this update. They deserve it, Good job !

Firstly it wasnt broken in the first place. Dont fix what isnt broken. Software is modular and the modules for item sending worked fine beforehand.

Secondly, it is common sense practice not to remove something that works until you have ALREADY produced a working replacement, far more obvious and lesser impact would have been to simply keep what worked and delayed the "Free gifts sending". Better to take a relatively small delay in the arrival of something you are yet to have, than to remove something you already had that worked.

Thirdly, 45 minutes warning at some obscure time of the night (yes this is an international player base), is woefully inadequate. Given that we ARE international, 24 hours is a far fairer notice period. Please dont say it is all the notice available either. The decision to remove the facility was in the hands of those who chose to afford such ridiculous notice.

Fourthly, yes we all managed perfectly well without blessings before, but the key word here is ALL... it was an even playing field. People have been kicked from Nirvana groups and probably many more because of not having a blessing available. Yes I know thats the mean minded nature of some players, not the PW staff, but the situation was eminently avoidable.

Lastly, lets just see shall we? I hope that all of the posts here saying "yay thanks it works" dont end up with egg on their faces due to yet another "unforseen delay" in implementation. You are all somewhat premature in your celebrations. Curious to know how too, how it is that you know how hard and diligently the staff are working on issues. There is no information made available on who is actually responsible for what, how to escalate an issue when it simply not even given the courtesy of a response, no indication of what issues are currently being addressed, no timescale for resolutions, no hours of work, no staff numbers, nothing. Trust me when I say it isnt because the information has not been requested, ploitely, legitimately, and repeatedly. Your estimations of the effort being applied are just that, estimations.

To whom do I address an issue when I am wholly dissatisfied with the response (or far more frequently lack of) from frankie? How do I get in touch with your manager to escalate something that is simply ignored?

I am ploitely and legitimately asking for that information. It is far from unreasonable.

0600 February 24th and still unavailable. Whilst that leaves me open to being flamed, I am not complaining, merely updating people. Better to have some update than not.

If your statement is correct Kritty, then 2 points.

First he has fixed nothing, nor will he ever. After all he is just an information interface by your wording.

Secondly, given that he has nothing to do with all that, I want to speak to a supervisor or someone who actually does, after all, I have no evidence to support the theory that information and requests are ever relayed to anyone who is authorised to to have something to do with it.

Please be so kind as to relay that to someone who is capable of doing something in response to issues.
