Best is such a subjective word. Best at what? There may be a lvl 60 bm out there doing things I couldn't ever do if I were to try playing his same character. So how do you begin to tease apart skill from gear? PK from TW from PvE excellence? Good grief, 'best' lol, nonsense.

Also: best ever? Best as of those who currently play? Best lvl 100+? Best merchanter? Best at discovering new and innovative ways to do things?

Maybe its a contest of who has the 'best' connection--->don't underestimate how important a low ping is for successful pking.

I laugh at the notion of 'best', lol. You need to be far more specific as to what you actually want to know about, and what you use as a basis for your decision.

My point with regard to the lvl 60 bm example, which perhaps I could have made a bit clearer, was that we'll never know about the amazing skill this person has, because when compared to any lvl 100 out there, their skill goes unnoticed.

How do you really know? Try as much as you like to define what would qualify a person a person to be considered 'best', what it'll really come down to your opinion. Which, its great to have opinions about things, but doesn't really prove anything, does it. If a lot of people have the same opinions, maybe there is some basis of truth, but its still hard to tease out the reasons. Maybe the person in question is a really charismatic person, but their skill level is only average. People might still consider them 'best' just because they like the person. You see the problem?

You can state your opinions, but remember they are just that, opinions. Don't really mean a thing unless they are qualified somehow.

If you really really care about finding out, there are some things you could do to try and discover who is 'best' at a given thing.

eg:

best gear: check out ppls gear and compare

best pker: arrange a statistically significant # of 1vs1 and group pk matches --> theoretically possible to do but good grief, what a bother lol

best pver: track performance in weekly events, time how fast it takes to do X instance, whatever.

Get the idea? This would be more than just opinions, it'd be some hard data. Remove the bias of people's opinions, which is inevitable.

If you really think level is so important, why are you even considering people on your list below lvl 103? There are many lvl 103+ on this server, if level is *really* important you should only be picking the truly highest-level people to part of this list.

If we value gear as being one of the most important factors of best, then all of RexNero's characters should be on this list, but I only see one of them. Which you keep bloody misspelling!

So yeah, what it all comes down to again, is what I've already said: its just a matter of opinion, which is why lists like this are not all that useful.

[Also, another fairly major flaw would be that you simply may not have met everybody to even be able to compare them to each other by any sort of means.]

95% of pleyes in list are your ganker's friends that regularly get ***** with me 1vs1 multi vs1 and with every class i can use in that moment.

Akiva - Best cata bm ive ever seen knows what shes doing and isnt afraid to die to make sure she helps that cata get into the enemy base

LordRomeo - Great bm loves to pk and never shrinks from a fight

Pan_Da_Tank - Amazeing cata barb knows how to do his job hard as hell to kill in TW

GV_Achillies - Epic sin always willing to help still havent ever beaten him

DeathProof - Awesome wizzy love fighting him its always fun

Pacothenoob - Great friend and a terrific archer

Kale - Reguardless of which toon shes playing shes very skilled and is just hax

Throck - Amazeing barb scares the hell outta me sometimes with how hard he can hit (also a epic merchant)

AgentSeven - Another awesome sin very skilled and knows what hes doing

sukama - Highly skilled veno pleasure to work with her in tw

SuperHebbe - Amazeing bm love to see him work in tw

Axel - Very knowledgable bm dont think he ever even got past lvl 90 before he quit lol

As far as I am concerned, the best list was the one put forth by Andres. Those people knew their stuff and made a great Fantasty TW list. It wasn't so much a "best player" thing as people that would make for fun tw.
