Aps Nerf Official And Clear Answer Plz!

Hi i am a bm 4 aps and since the syntax used in the announcement of aps nerfing points that only 4.01 aps and above( att speed surpass 4...) sould be nerfed i wonder why i see a noticable accuracy nerf at my toon. Plz give us an official answer: does aps nerf include 4 aps too? Just a gm or dev answer plz and close my thread.

    You're unlikely to get a GM response more specific than the one Genotypist gave in another thread, and the devs (being Chinese) never come on this forum.

    However, it's been confirmed by testing that 4.0 gets nerfed.

    mmm great nerf now ill surely go 5 mu haha.I wonder though why they cant say crystal -clearly WE NERF TOONS 4 APS AND ABOVE! and instead they write down mysterious adjectives and verbs...pfff!!!!b:angry

    It was determined by players through testing that 4.0 APS is also experiencing the nerf.

    However, that is no reason not to go to 4.0 APS, as it's still better than 3.33, since 95% damage at 4.0 amounts to more than 100% damage at 3.33.

    And this is why I complain about limitations the mod staff has on what they can do with duplicate and **** posts.

    Because searching APS Nerf did not come up with this until the middle of the second page.

    Give it a read. 4.0 and 5.0 are nerfed by 5% damage, and there is a 20% accuracy (NOT hit %) nerf. The Accuracy nerf is not noticeable in PvE due to mobs having low evasion and players having high Accuracy.

    The accuracy reduction has not been observed yet. The 5% damage reduction is visible.

    Because you read and hear about it. Now its in the back of your mind. Now every 'miss' you see go by stands out like a giant pink elephant, whereas before you may not have really noticed.

    Actually he has tested it extensively and posted about it. As have others. In fact he has video, screen shots, and witness testimonies, he's asking which you prefer so he can give it to you honestly. The fact is, the nerf is there in PvP, and it's noticeable by a large amount.

    hey PW PEOPLE PLZ GIVE OFFICIAL ANSWER. ITS JUST SOME PRESSINGS AT BUTTONS IN KEYBOARD. A LARGE PALYERS BASE IS APS ORIENTED AND DESERVES TO KNOW WHETHER IT HAS TO CHANGE PLAYING STYLE BY OFFICIAL LIPS.JUST INFORM IF 4 APS IS INCLUDED AT NERF AND CLOSE THREAD CAUSE THATS THE PURPOSE OF ITS EXISTANCE.

    Im sin 4aps..... Sry we are nerfed too, 4 and 5aps are , not just 5..... the damage one is clearly visible, the acc one no, but is here

    Well i have no proof. But i feel nerfed in pvp before i read any posts.. im 4 based atm with +8 g13 nirv claws. Ik yaya. Im gona rebuild 4 base. But back to the issue. Ppl ik i kill easy now just not the same. I can do perfect stun loops with oi and all that. But have to retreat and kite and do it over.. And start with them close to tick to kill em. And ik i killed them 99% of the time before.. even if they potted. Ig. And and so on.. It just feels off somehow. And no. They still in same gears refine and all that. As i said no real proof other then it realy feels off somehow. Well. Just thought i add that.

    Just as you can say there is no proof that the accuracy reduction is not there.

    Non sarcastically - really - what would you want as "proof"? Cause I can make screen shots, videos, have people swear up and down, I already did the accuracy math, and everyone can still go "nuh-uh".
