Stuck on a map

So my friend got stuck in Momaganon yesterday, she cannot log the specific toon that is in the map but she can log every other toon on that account, any suggestions?

    What happens when she tries to log that char in? Does the client simply crash?

    I have seen situations where people try to log in only to immediately crash to the desktop. I can't say what causes this. However, if she has a second computer capable of running PWI, tell her to try logging on that one instead. Sometimes this works, and (assuming she moves around or whatnot) it's not likely to happen again afterward.

    Verifying her files couldn't hurt, either.

    I had same problems in the past, try change the GFX settings before you log in...

    Try everything from low to hgh, doesnt matter, just make sure it's different from what you allready have :p

    Then fly out of that spot, and change GFX settings back to where it was.

    It worked for me. :p

    When she tried to log 3/4 of the way into the countdown it crashes.

    You can change graphic settings from the patcher.

    Shes verifying her files right now, if that doesnt work i'll tell her to try the graphics thing, if that doesn't work i guess shes gotta submit a ticket.
