Im Still Missing My Dam 59 Gold!!!

Hi.. this is my 2nd post. I never heard anything from my ticket i submitted over a week ago now.b:angry..I charged 100 ZEN and got 12,100ZEN..so I go to transfer ONLY 50 gold to my account through that dam CORE connect. It took FOREVER to load..Well it gave me a Gateway Error with a ref number. I go to look in my wallet and it transferred two 5000 ZEN transactions. Well when I log back into the game I only have 50 gold on my account. Ive submitted 2 tickets now and I still haven't heard a single thing from anyone. b:angry b:angry. It kills me at how fast yall take the money people charge/ spend on this game..but when there happens to be a problem like the one I am having it takes yall for dam ever to even get a response. Poor customer service. Oh and if I dare call my bank/credit card company to try and get the $50.00 back..I will get banned. I would be happy if someone would just dam answer the ticket and look into my problem. Ive yet to spend any of the 50 gold I've gotten because I want yall to check the purchase transactions that were made on my account. Which is 0. So you cant say oh you spent this and this at this time blah blah blah. Just give me my 50 gold back. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!!! b:angry b:cry
