Does Soul of Vengeance reduce damage taken?

And does Bubble of Life overwrite clerics IH?

    IH can be stacked up to 5 time, so yes, you will overwrite the oldest if there was 5 already.

    I thought psy's BoL IH heal will overwrite a cleric's IH immediately without stacking? Tried it and only psy's IH can stack with another psy's IH, but not a clerics.
